Assistant Women's Basketball Coach

The assistant women's basketball coaches support the head coach in all aspects of operating a competitive division i program, with each of the three roles emphasizing recruiting, scheduling, or video/Ai coordination. Other duties include practice preparation, opponent scouting, player development, academic liaison, and engagement with donors and the community.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant sports experience, such as playing, coaching, or recruiting at the collegiate level. Candidates must be able to mentor student-Athletes, travel, and work evenings and weekends, requiring a successful dmv background check.
