English Language Learners (ELL) Teacher (K-8th) at Research Triangle Charter Academy (2026-27 School Year)

The teacher will plan and deliver lessons focused on promoting students’ english language development and collaborate with other staff to ensure english learners achieve goals across content areas. Responsibilities also include administering assessments, completing required documentation, and attending parent meetings and school events.

Candidates should preferably hold a valid north carolina esl teaching license for k-12, or be on an approved pathway to obtain one within two years. Essential qualifications include knowledge of first and second language acquisition theory, cultural awareness, data analysis skills, and effective communication abilities.
