Internal Medicine Physician | Flexible Schedule | Teaching Opportunities | Northern Illinois $275,000 - $300,000

The physician will provide comprehensive 100 percent outpatient care, including preventative services, chronic disease management, and acute care within a large integrated health system. Responsibilities also include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining accurate emr documentation, with optional teaching opportunities for interested candidates.

Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in internal medicine and eligible for illinois medical licensure, possessing an active dea license or the ability to obtain one. Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care and a commitment to working within a collaborative, patient-Centered team environment are essential.
