Preschool Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher provides high-Quality supervision and care for children, ensuring their well-Being while maintaining positive interactions with staff and families to meet program goals. This role involves implementing daily lessons, maintaining the classroom climate for learning, and ensuring compliance with various regulatory agencies.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and must meet all physical and mental demands of the role. Preferred qualifications include two or more years of experience in licensed childcare or early childhood education, or holding a cda, one-Year certification, associate, or bachelor's degree.
