They also provide support services to families and ensure a safe, high-Quality educational environment in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or associate degree in early childhood education and demonstrate knowledge in early human development. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting 40-50 pounds, are also required.
