Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt implements behavioral reduction or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disorders under the close supervision of a clinical supervisor or bcba. Essential duties include implementing treatment plans, collecting and analyzing behavioral data using central reach, and communicating client progress to caretakers.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and current, active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. Preferred experience includes one year supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities, along with basic knowledge of aba principles.
