Community life coach

The community life coach is responsible for delivering person-Centered care and services to individuals in a day program setting. This includes facilitating community participation and ensuring the safety and well-Being of participants.

A high school degree or equivalent is preferred, along with previous experience in a similar role. Adult cpr and first aid certification are also required if the role involves driving others.
