Registered Behavior Technician / RBT / Behavior Support

The registered behavior technician implements behavioral reduction or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disorders under the close supervision of a clinical supervisor or bcba. Essential duties include collecting and analyzing behavioral data using central reach software and ensuring all treatments adhere to established protocols.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and hold a current and active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification granted by the bcba. Preferred experience includes one year supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities, along with basic knowledge of aba principles.
