Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a minimum of a child development associate credential and be pursuing an associate's or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, or hold a high school diploma while working towards the cda within two years. Preferred qualifications include classroom experience in a childcare center, along with strong organizational and excellent oral/Written communication skills.
