Subsitute Teach Aide

The substitute aide is responsible for assisting in educational activities, providing care, supervision, and ensuring the safety of all children in the early learning division classroom. Essential functions include supporting staff with curriculum implementation, daily operations, meal service, hygiene duties, and maintaining required child-To-Staff ratios.

Candidates must possess good organizational skills and demonstrate the physical ability to monitor and respond quickly to active children, including lifting a child up to 50 pounds if necessary. Employment is contingent upon the willingness to pursue a ged within 18 months of hire if the candidate does not already possess one.
