The instructor will provide gymnastics instruction and coaching to children and/or adults while assisting in the oversight of all gymnastics program activities, ensuring equipment availability and communicating with families. Key duties include implementing age-appropriate lessons, ensuring participant safety, and motivating individuals to reach their full potential in gymnastics.

Previous experience coaching gymnastics, preferably with youth athletes Knowledge of gymnastics skills and techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Clear the local jurisdiction requirements for criminal background and/or fingerprinting Will be required to complete the YMCA Gymnastics Fundamentals Course. These courses may be waived by the Gymnastics Director if background and experience is determined to be equivalent. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
