Mat Pilates Instructor

The instructor will lead members through prearranged mat pilates exercises to enhance fitness, strength, and endurance while ensuring safety and educating members on fitness aspects. Key duties include preparing for class, delivering clear instructions, monitoring form, managing the class schedule promptly, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Candidates must have at least six months of group exercise teaching experience, knowledge of safe exercise technique, basic physiology, and body mechanics, along with the ability to operate audio equipment. A group fitness certification (Ace, afaa, acsm, or specialized) and verifiable proof of specialized education (Like pilates) are required.
