Group Exercise Instructor

The group exercise instructor is responsible for leading members through prearranged exercise formats to enhance fitness, strength, and endurance while prioritizing member safety. This includes preparing for classes, instructing clearly during sessions, monitoring form, and ensuring the class environment is motivational and fun.

Candidates must have at least six months of experience teaching group exercise, knowledge of safe exercise techniques, basic physiology, and body mechanics, along with positive communication skills. Required qualifications include a group fitness certification (Ace, afaa, acsm, or specialized) and the physical ability to perform various exercises.
