YMCA Ayrlawn Sports Skill Program - Recreation & Sports Leader

This position is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the gymnastic program, which includes planning, development, and implementation of all activities according to the ymca gymnastics curriculum. Responsibilities also involve providing gymnastics instruction or coaching to children and/Or adults under supervision while ensuring the safety of all participants.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, although equivalent experience may waive the formal education requirement. The role requires physical activity, standing for prolonged periods, and the ability to lift at least 35 pounds.
