The Staff Level II Occupational Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning for patients referred for therapy services, aiming to progress the patient to their highest level of function. Essential functions include providing therapy services across various settings, participating in student education, and completing necessary documentation for patient progress.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, along with a minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience. A valid state license in Occupational Therapy and certification from the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) are mandatory requirements.
