The behavior technician will work in a residential therapeutic setting, providing constant engagement and supervision to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, behavioral health conditions, and/Or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing individualized programs, applying applied behavioral analysis, and executing structured behavior support plans, which may involve crisis intervention for self-Injury or aggression.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and must be proficient in spoken and written english. Required credentials include a valid ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance with no more than 5 points on the license, and certifications in first aid, cpr (Adult, child, infant), and delegated nursing.
