Behavior Technician, Residential Treatment

The behavior technician will implement applied behavioral analysis and highly structured behavior support plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, behavioral health conditions, and/Or developmental disabilities in a residential therapeutic setting. This role requires constant engagement, supervision, and intervention during crises such as self-Injury or aggression.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and must be able to communicate effectively in english, both spoken and written. Required licensure includes first aid, cpr (Adult, child, and infant), delegated nursing, and a valid ohio driver's license with acceptable driving record points.
