Patient Care Technician - Youth Apprentice

The patient care technician-Youth apprentice performs delegated, evidence-Based nursing care activities to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the patient under supervision. This role involves collaborating with the care team to ensure high-Quality patient outcomes and contributing to departmental goals through compassionate and safe care delivery.

Applicants must be a high school junior or senior student, at least 16 years old, and have school approval to enter the youth apprenticeship program, with a preference for interest in the healthcare field. A required qualification is holding the american heart association healthcare provider life support (Bls) certification.
