The role involves assisting the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing the daily program for children, including supervision when the Lead is absent. Responsibilities also include helping with meals, ensuring safety, and maintaining a clean and orderly classroom and center.
Candidates must possess 12 or more units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and be at least 18 years old. Required attributes include experience in a licensed childcare center or related field, the ability to meet state and center requirements, and the capacity to engage physically with children indoors or outdoors.
