Core responsibilities

The registered behavior technician will deliver one-On-One direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to enhance skills and reduce problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training, collecting and documenting client progress data, and communicating with relevant parties to improve treatment plans.

Requirements summary

Candidates should ideally possess registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have 1-2 years of experience working with children, preferably with at least one year in aba. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for helping others are mandatory.
