Residential Advisor

The residential advisor is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly dormitory by effectively controlling student behavior and ensuring accurate accountability of students on duty. This role also involves providing counseling, guidance, and training in independent living and leadership skills to students.

A high school diploma or ged is required, and residential experience in a group home or college dormitory setting is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to handle stressful situations efficiently, and proficiency in basic computer software like ms word, excel, and outlook.
