Employment Advisor

This role focuses on providing workforce development services, primarily job coaching and retention support, to 5-12 students with disabilities participating in the project search work-Based learning experience at luminis health. The advisor collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure participants retain employment and enhance their work skills, potentially including providing transportation to and from work.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience working with people with disabilities, with a bachelor's degree and workforce development experience being advantageous. A valid maryland driver's license is mandatory, along with basic computer skills, and the requirement to obtain acres and certified employment specialist professional certifications post-Hire.
