Community School Coordinator

The coordinator supports the day-To-Day flow of the high school-Middle school partnership, ensuring smooth programming, maintaining communication with school partners, and tracking program documentation. This role is also responsible for developing a mentorship pathway, co-Creating curriculum focused on socio-Emotional learning, and facilitating workshops to build youth leadership and confidence.

Candidates must have relevant education or equivalent experience, along with proven experience working with youth in a school or community-Based setting. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, alongside a commitment to youth development, community, and social justice.
