Quality Assurance & Training Specialist

The specialist will execute quality assurance and training functions, which includes conducting ongoing audits and investigations, and preparing trend reports for management review. A key part of the role involves maintaining current knowledge of medicaid and opwdd regulations.

Candidates must possess a 4-Year bachelor's degree and ideally have 3 years of experience within the opwdd or a related industry. A valid nys driver’s license and reliable transportation are also mandatory requirements for this position.
