Registered Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting by following treatment plans developed by bcbas. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress in the data collection system, assisting with breaks, and maintaining workplace organization.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and must obtain cpr/Bls certification before working with clients, with rbt certification preferred or obtainable within 45 days. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and physical abilities such as frequent bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and running are necessary.
