Special Education Teacher

The special education teacher designs, develops, documents, and delivers individualized instruction tailored to students with diverse learning needs within the school setting. This role also involves coordinating therapeutic special education services, managing ieps/Itps, and directing teaching assistants to ensure student success.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and hold or be eligible for a california education specialist instruction credential for mild/Moderate disabilities, along with a valid california driver's license and necessary background clearances. Prior teaching experience with adolescents in a similar setting is preferred.
