Core responsibilities
The assistant swim coach will assist the head swim team coach in writing and leading swim team group workouts and helping members improve their swimming technique in various pool settings. Responsibilities also include registering new participants and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have at least one year of swim coaching experience, along with current asca and usa swimming memberships. Required certifications include cpr/Aed, with lifeguard certification needed within 60 days of hire.
