Direct Support Professional - Day Program - Indy North

The direct support professional provides structured programming, facilitates community integration through educational and recreational activities, and assists individuals with developing independence and life skills within a day program setting. Key duties involve supporting daily living skills, leading group activities, ensuring safety, and using positive reinforcement to help individuals achieve personal goals.

Candidates must be 18 years or older, possess excellent people and communication skills, and have a valid driver's license with dependable transportation. A high school diploma or equivalent competency is required, and experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred.
