- Preschool: Compass Christian Preschool is a ministry of Compass Christian Church. Compass is a church of 4000 and growing with campuses in Colleyville, Grapevine, Roanoke and Online. The preschool provides early childhood education, for children ages 18 months through Transitional Kindergarten in a loving Christian environment.

Responsibilities
Maintains, the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom. The substitute teacher will take directions from the lead teacher in the classroom.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to listen and follow directions provided by the lead teacher; Is organized and has the ability to multitask; Is a great team player with co-workers; Is dedicated to keeping a high standard of care at all times with children; Work with minimal physical restrictions; lift up to 25 lbs., being able to stand for extended periods, climb into an indoor play structure and sit on the floor to play with children; Can think on their feet, work well under pressure.
