Specialist II, Assessment Development

The assessment developer will design, develop, and refine various types of assessments that align with program outcomes and institutional goals. This role involves collaboration with faculty and subject matter experts to ensure the validity and reliability of assessments while maintaining compliance with accreditation standards.

Candidates should have a master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in assessment design and development, preferably in higher education. Expertise in concept-Based learning and strong project management skills are essential.
