Family Advocate

The family advocate creates and coordinates services for families, acting as a liaison between families, staff, and community resources. They manage enrollment processes, track attendance, conduct home visits, and provide crisis support.

Candidates should have an aa or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and preferably one year of case management experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
