Varsity Assistant Softball Coach

Assist in designing and implementing all aspects of the softball program for grades 9–12, including practice planning and game preparation. Collaborate with the varsity head coach to ensure a positive and competitive environment while maintaining compliance with isl standards.

Prior successful experience coaching softball is required, preferably at the high school or travel level. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of the sport.
