Older Youth Leader

Older youth leaders serve as positive adult role models, coaches, and mentors for approximately 20-25 students, providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity using provided curriculum. They must create an engaging environment, support positive behavior choices, and implement/Assist in creating lesson plans.

Candidates must meet minimum educational requirements of 48 college semester or 60 college quarter units, or a bachelor’s degree, and be at least 22 years old. Essential requirements include six months of experience working with groups of 10 or more students, advanced english and math skills, and the ability to pass background checks and testing.
