  • Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children birth-5 years old.
  • We are seeking Speech Education Teacher to provide Early Intervention Evaluations throughout Onondaga County.

  • Essential duties and responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities are not limited to the following: Perform evaluatons utilizing DOH approved, age appropriate, testing tools to evaluate infants/toddlers who have been referred to the Early Intervention program for intial and supplemental evals and CPSE re-evals.
  • Test kits provided by agency.
  • Provide a written report and other documentation required within county deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other evaluators to support the multi-disciplinary evaluation process
