Early Childhood Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will work one-On-One with developmentally delayed children aged birth to five and their families using an embedded coaching model to support goal achievement. Responsibilities include providing home and community-Based therapy services and collaborating with other service providers to support ifsp/Iep goals.

Candidates must possess a doctorate degree in physical therapy and hold a valid new york state license in physical therapy. Essential qualifications include excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with the clinical team and related service providers.
