Core responsibilities
Residential treatment specialists are responsible for the day-To-Day care of ranch residents, which includes building positive relationships, creating a safe environment, and working collaboratively with the treatment team. Duties also involve participating in clinically-Based activities, supervising youth on and off campus, and coaching youth through difficult behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, though college coursework is preferred. Applicants must also pass a thorough background check, an employment screening physical, and possess a current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
