Job Coach

The job coach will support individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve independence, pursue goals, and maintain an enhanced quality of life by assisting with skill development, community involvement, and personal advocacy. Key duties include learning about the person supported, implementing support plans, ensuring basic needs are met, and assisting with health, safety, and financial management.

Required qualifications include a high school or equivalent diploma, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance upon hire. Preferred experience is one year of work experience in a relevant field.
