Early Preschool Teacher - $500 sign on bonus

The lead teacher will be responsible for leading their own early preschool classroom, creating an engaging and welcoming environment where young children feel safe and excited to learn. This includes implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum®, nurturing young minds, building relationships with families, and maintaining safety compliance.

Candidates must possess a genuine passion for educating and caring for young children and have a minimum of 6 months of professional teaching experience, with one year or more preferred. An associate degree or higher in early childhood education, a related field, or a cda credential is preferred, along with meeting all applicable indiana state licensing requirements.
