Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will implement behavior intervention plans under bcba guidance, providing direct one-On-One support to children with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing data, assisting in treatment plan development, and communicating progress to parents and caregivers.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and be authorized to work in the united states. Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable, and registered behavior technician certification or completion of 40-Hour bacb modules is preferred.
