Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements behavior intervention plans under bcba guidance, providing direct one-On-One support to individuals with developmental disabilities while collecting and analyzing data to track progress. They also assist in developing treatment plans, collaborate with the team, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain accurate session documentation.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, have a valid driver's license with insurance or reliable transportation, and be authorized to work in the united states. Previous experience with developmental disabilities is highly desirable, and rbt certification or completion of 40-Hour bacb modules is preferred.
