Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide fun, engaging one-On-One aba therapy to children aged 2–11 by following treatment plans created by bcbas and tracking progress through data collection. Responsibilities also include supporting children in various settings and communicating effectively with families and the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the u.s., possess a high school diploma or ged, and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. While no prior experience is necessary as paid training is offered, obtaining rbt certification is required or willingness to obtain it.
