Spanish Speaking-Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach necessary skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and capable of teamwork, requiring a minimum age of 18 and a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be physically capable of various movements and lifting up to 50 pounds, and must obtain cpr, first aid certification, and pass a background check.
