Direct Support Professional (PT/1st)

The direct support professional is responsible for providing individualized care and ongoing support to community members with complex physical, medical, and intellectual challenges. Key duties include enriching residents' lives, encouraging skill development through active treatment, implementing programs, recording progress, and assisting with daily living activities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Applicants are required to pass a complete background, physical, and drug screening, and must be able to lift and transfer without restrictions.
