Pediatric Physical Therapist (Evaluator) - Early Intervention

As an early intervention evaluator, the teammate works with the evaluation team to determine eligibility for early intervention services by completing standardized testing. This role also involves developing an individualized family support plan, with evaluations conducted in the child's natural setting like their home or daycare.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited physical therapy program and possess current or pending state licensure as a physical therapist in pennsylvania. A mandatory requirement includes having completed a fellowship year and earned their certificate of clinical competence, along with pediatric cpr and fa certification.
