Education Specialist - Soundview

The education specialist will create and implement academic and recreational curricula, including stem-Based learning, to support nyc doe school-Day goals. They are also responsible for recruiting participants, maintaining partnerships with families and schools, and monitoring attendance.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field and possess at least two years of experience in an afterschool or recreational setting. The role requires strong organizational skills, a caring personality, and the ability to pass a multi-Stage background investigation.
