The family partner provides support and advocacy to parents/Caregivers by engaging them with home and community resources to address treatment plan goals. This role involves teaching resource navigation, providing home and community mentoring, and participating in the child's family-Based intensive treatment (Fit) team.

Requirements summary

Applicants must be an experienced adult who is a parent/Caregiver of a youth with a serious emotional disturbance (Sed), preferably with mental health needs, and must understand systems of care. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, along with availability for evening/Weekend hours when required.
