PACES Clinical Social Worker

The clinical social worker provides therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and consultation services to deaf and hard-Of-Hearing children in a residential treatment program under the clinical coordinator's supervision. Key duties involve assisting with treatment planning, implementing therapeutic goals in the residential setting, carrying a caseload for counseling, and providing on-Call support during evenings and weekends.

Applicants must possess a master's degree in counseling or social work, along with required licensure (Lpc, cisw, lcsw, or expressive therapies), and must be fluent in american sign language (Asl). A minimum of one year of experience counseling deaf/Hard-Of-Hearing clients is mandatory.
