RN - Educator

The rn educator collaborates with management to implement orientation, compliance, and continuing education programs for facility personnel, developing and evaluating educational programs for staff development. This role may also involve serving as the primary instructor for the nursing assistant training program or the facility's infection preventionist.

Candidates must possess credentials as a registered professional nurse with a current nys license, and at least one year of experience in a long-Term health care facility is required. A baccalaureate degree is preferred, along with the ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with all personnel levels.
