RN - Educator

The rn educator develops, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs for staff orientation and continuing in-Service education, ensuring compliance with facility standards. This role involves serving as a primary instructor for training programs and acting as a resource for clinical aspects of the emr and ongoing staff development.

Candidates must possess credentials as a registered professional nurse with a current nys license, and at least one year of experience in a long-Term care facility is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all personnel levels.
