Teacher's Aide

The primary duties involve supervising and interacting with children to maintain a safe and inviting environment while assisting in the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum under teacher guidance. Responsibilities also include teaching lesson plans as directed, ensuring positive behavior management, and maintaining professional relationships with families and staff.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old; prior experience working with young children is preferred. Employment is conditional upon successfully passing all background screenings required by dss for licensed child care programs.
